2. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.

However, returns or replacements may be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The package is missing items

3. Return Request Timeline

  • Any return or replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

To initiate a request, please email care@nudist.co.in with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

4. Conditions for Acceptance

For a return or replacement to be approved:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Original labels, seals, and invoice must be intact
  • The issue must be verified by our quality team

Nudist reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side.

6. Replacement Policy

  • In cases of damage, defect, or incorrect product delivery, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
  • Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost after verification.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Orders placed under promotional or clearance sales (unless damaged or defective)
  • Free samples or complimentary products

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

9. Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity

  • We recommend performing a patch test before using any product.
  • Individual skin reactions may vary, and such cases are not eligible for return or refund unless the product is defective.
